Cancellation Policy

Life is full of surprises, and occasionally, plans need to change. Should you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, here's how we can best accommodate you: There is a 10 minute late grace period. After 10 minutes there is a $15 fee OR the possibility of your appointment being cancelled depending on availability. If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness or a missed appointment a $15 fee will be required to make a new appointment. If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, you can easily do so through the booking site or by reaching out to us directly. However, if your change is within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us directly. Additionally, a $15 deposit will be required to secure a new appointment slot. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our scheduling commitments.
